Founder & Chairman

Steven Loke, Founder and Executive Chairman of iFREE GROUP, is a visionary leader advancing smart tech, AI, and blockchain globally. He pioneered TROLLEE, an innovative smart retail solution developed with QUALCOMM, and created the first TRANSFORMERS-themed dining experience. Passionate about education and philanthropy, he funded the iFREE Innovation Centre at Hong Kong Shue Yan University and established a trust for Chinese cultural preservation. Committed to conservation, Loke oversees one of Asia’s largest forest projects, empowering local communities with renewable energy and smart agriculture. As President of the Alliance Forum Foundation Asia, he champions sustainable growth and equitable wealth distribution.

Founder & Managing Director

Dr. Limantoro, founder and CEO of PT Bum Desa Indonesia, holds a Ph.D. in System Science from The City University, London. With a career spanning government IT innovations, early AI research, and co-authoring Indonesia’s Village Law, he has dedicated himself to empowering rural communities through telecommunications, renewable energy, and conservation initiatives.

Advisory Board Chairman

Njuguna Ndung’u is a prominent Kenyan economist who has played a key role in shaping the country’s financial policies. He served as Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning of Kenya (2022 - 2024), and concurrently took on the role of Minister of Finance from October 2022 onward. Earlier in his career, he was Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya (2007–2015). Currently on leave from his Associate Professorship at the University of Nairobi, he holds a PhD from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He has contributed to global policy through advisory roles with the World Economic Forum’s Global Advisory Council, the Brookings Africa Growth Initiative, the Alliance for Financial Inclusion, and the Better Than Cash Alliance. Since 2018, he has led the African Economic Research Consortium as Executive Director, advancing economic research and innovation in Africa.

President

An AI scientist trained at Bell Labs and Cambridge, Dr Jiang has served as CTO/CDO for major firms, including PacBell, SBC/ATT, China Mobile, and CP Group. A Silicon Valley entrepreneur, he co-founded four startups, two of which became unicorns. As CP Group’s CTO, he spearheaded advancements in AI, cybersecurity, and renewable energy, and now leads iFREE GROUP as President. With over 200 patents, he advises Thailand’s Ministry of Higher Education on AI, biotech, and clean energy.

Alec Saltikoff is a globally recognised sustainability leader who shaped transformative Net Zero policies and decarbonisation strategies at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he served as Global Head of Sustainability and Energy. As Vice-Chairman of the World Green Building Council and advisor to multiple firms, he has been a driving force in integrating clean-tech and renewables. His efforts facilitated JPMorgan’s $2.5 trillion ESG funding commitment and introduced major shifts in Sustainability and ESG practices across Wall Street, the real estate industry, and Fortune 500 companies. As a MIT Sloan and Manhattan College graduate and a noted speaker at Davos, Alec’s leadership includes directing one of the largest $1 billion onsite commercial and industrial (C&I) programs in the U.S. His patented innovations, strategy acumen, and governance roles have established him as a thought leader driving the global sustainable economy forward.

Patrick Parsons, Lord Oxmantown, is the 14th-generation heir of Birr Castle in Ireland, a historic estate renowned for its global scientific contributions since the 19th century. Raised internationally due to his father’s work with the UN, he graduated from Aiglon College in Switzerland and Beijing Culture & Language University, gaining extensive multicultural experience. With over 15 years in China’s real estate and investment sectors, he has held senior management roles, shaping complex, successful projects. Frequently quoted in major real estate publications and interviewed on television, his market insights are highly regarded.

Dr. Marcelo de Andrade, a renowned environmentalist and businessman, founded ProNatura International in 1985 to bridge economic development with environmental wellness. He co-founded Terra Capital, the first biodiversity venture fund, and Earth Capital, a leader in sustainable private equity. Representing the Nobel Sustainability Trust in Latin America, he also chairs Brazil's Sustainable Markets Initiative under King Charles and advises major corporations on sustainable practices. Marcelo has received the Mitchel Prize and UN Earth Day Award and is a two-time Olympian on Brazil's Rowing Team.

An accomplished executive with expertise in waste and water management, environmental sustainability, mining, and corporate governance, Pascale has led multinational companies and served on various boards. With a strong background in international development and major project structuring, Pascale is celebrated for contributions to environmental sustainability and for fostering cross-border collaborations.

Simon has over 25 years of experience in hedge funds and asset management, spanning equities, digital assets, fixed income, and quant strategies. Before founding PSG Digital, he was Partner and CIO at Marshall Wace, where he helped grow AUM to over $30 billion, co-developing its alpha capture system and quant trading platform. Previously, as Group COO at Duet Asset Management, Simon institutionalized the firm and grew assets by 50% to $6 billion. He is also Co-Founder of Peregrine, a UAE-based digital asset firm, known for tokenizing the first regulated fund in the GCC. Simon holds a BA Hons in Business from Oxford Brookes and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Azmi, Chief General Counsel at iFREE GROUP, oversees the conglomerate’s legal and tech-driven operations from its Hong Kong headquarters. Known for his legal and technological expertise, he advises Malaysian Government-Linked Companies and co-founded Tetralogy Alliance and Ascendsys, key players in plasma medicine and cyber security. Azmi also leads MyTPP Sdn Bhd, an innovative insurance firm, and is deeply committed to environmental sustainability, actively consulting on renewable energy and forest conservation projects globally.
